School Bursar 37 hours per week from 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday and 8.30am – 4.00pm each Friday.

Due to the retirement of the current post holder after many years of loyal service to the school, the Governors of Winsford High Street Primary School are seeking to appoint a School Bursar to work closely with the Head teacher. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the Finance, HR, Health & Safety, Premises and Administration work together with leading the administration team. In doing so supporting the annual budgeting process to ensure that the figures are realistic. You will work with subject leaders to make sure any new or expected spending is accounted for. You will work closely with HR to make sure that safe employment and maintenance records are accurate and up to date and you’ll ensure that the property as a whole is maintained correctly ensuring the highest standards of security and safety are adhered to. This is a fabulous role to own and develop and will suit an applicant keen to uphold the highest standards in an environment that will allow children to thrive. This position will commence as soon as possible once the necessary background checks have been completed.
