Position: Admin Assistant
Hours of work: 19.5 hours per week Term Time Only
The rate of pay: Grade 3 £18,198 - £18,933 per annum pro rata. Actual £8027 - £8351
The Governors of St Luke’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and professional School Administration Assistant to join our friendly team. Experience is desirable, but not essential as you will be joining a supportive and well established team. Our School is a happy and popular school where all children are welcomed.
We are looking for a highly organised school administrator with a pleasant, professional approach.
In this role you will be central to all school communication, with an expectation of a high degree of professionalism. Customer Service is key to this role in order to deal with all issues efficiently and effectlively. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a high aptitude for professional development in the use of IT Software is required.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, and a high level of IT literacy skills.
You must be able to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative.

In this role you will receive an annual pro rata salary of £18,198 which is Grade 3 within the Cheshire West and Chester Council remuneration package, become a member of CWAC Pension scheme, have a professional development plan and will be a valued member of our school community
