We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and motivated non-teaching Inclusion Manager who will join our positive and hardworking team as soon as possible.
The main aspect of the job is to provide care, reassurance, dignified and practical support to pupils and work with the whole school to promote positive behaviour management. To deal with inappropriate behaviour in accordance with school behaviour plans and policies and to develop a change in behaviour. To deliver the function of the Academy’s Internal Exclusion Unit, catering for students who have been internally excluded. Please note that the post holder will be the sole supervisor of the IEU. Therefore, the ability to work alone is essential. There will of course be other staff in the vicinity and constant communication between Senior and Middle Leaders
