The head teacher and governors of Byley Primary School & Nursery are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher with a passion for inspiring young learners to be the best they can.The successful candidate will have understanding of assessment for learning and will use real life experiences to enhance and enrich learning. They will be passionate about making a difference in the life of every child in their care. As this is a mixed Year 1/2 class, they will also be able to prepare children to succeed in their Statutory Tests.

The posiiton is initially for 12 months to cover a maternity leave. 

If you have a successful track record of ensuring maximum progress for all children in your care and examples of where children have made sustained progress, this could be the job for you.  

Our school places the highest priority on keeping our pupils safe. Applicants for the post will be subject to stringent vetting and induction processes. The successful candidate will be subject to the relevant checks and enhanced DBS.
