Our most recent Ofsted short inspection in May 2019 was highly successful, endorsing our previous judgement, ‘This is a good school with an outstanding sixth form’ (May 2015).

You will be based within the Learning Centre, working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to plan, prepare and deliver re-tracking programmes and other initiatives to remove barriers to learning - supporting individuals and/or groups in the mainstream classroom and within a withdrawal environment by developing strategies to re-engage and enhance the development and education of young people. 

The person we are looking for will have proven experience and expertise in behaviour management, preferably in an education setting.  They will be a positive role model and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to motivate others.
