The Governing Board of Wincham Community Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative Assistant Headteacher to support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in the leadership of our school. We are looking for a candidate with recent leadership experience, ideally as part of a Senior Leadership Team, as well as subject expertise in leading a core subject across a whole school.  Experience of leading a large team is welcome.  The successful candidate will have an excellent record of attainment and achievement and a strong belief that the children in their care should enjoy their learning experiences whilst realising their full potential.
